We utilize a non-invasive, hands-on approach to assess how your body moves and a variety of manual techniques and tools to keep you not only moving your best, but feeling your best. Many people seek chiropractic care to alleviate pain, reduce their risk of injury, improve flexibility, mobility and/or posture.
We love getting to know our patients and giving their bodies the TLC they deserve so our appointments run no less than 20 minutes.

Our experienced RMTs are trained to assess and treat the various soft tissues of the body. They utilize different techniques to alleviate the discomfort and stresses of everyday life. Massage therapy also facilitates healing in acute and/or chronic conditions by encouraging blood flow and reducing inflammation.

These classes are a mind-body experience combining breath work, pain-free mobility + movement, and meditation.
No matter how long you have suffered from your aches and/or pain, it is never too late to start feeling better! The goal is to strive for steady, continuous improvement. Practicing movement is key to keeping your joints healthy and you feeling good!
yoga for kids
Through engaging themes, fun yoga related songs and games the children will be introduced to the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
Through yoga, Emma provides children with a social emotional learning toolbox, to understand and manage their emotions, cultivate positive relationships with themselves and others, feel and show empathy, take responsibility, and set achievable goals.
