Golf is hard. There’s no doubt about it.
It requires precise coordination of multiple muscle groups, balance, timing, and rhythm. Many golfers don’t fully understand how their body moves during the swing — and that’s where we come in.
Who Is This For?
Our programs are for golfers who want to:
- Prevent or manage aches, pains, and golf-related injuries.
- Improve mobility, stability, and overall consistency.
- Add distance and power to their game.
- Build strength and confidence that lasts beyond the season.
Whether you’re a competitive golfer or a weekend player, we design a program that matches your goals.

Custom 1-on-1 Treatment
For those looking for a more personalized approach to care? This is it.
We help golfers move better so that they can swing better. Out 1-on-1 custom treatment plans combine assessment, hands-on treatment, and golf-specific training to improve how your body moves and how it translates into your swing.
How it works:
1) Assess: We take you through a comprehensive movement assessment. Designed by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and refined through clinical experience. This allows us to understand how your body moves, where limitations exist, and how it all contributes to your pain or performance concerns.
2) Treat
From there, we work on improving those limitations right away with chiropractic care. This may include:
- Joint manipulation
- Soft tissue therapy
- Cupping/acupuncture
- Guided mobility and activation work
3) Train
With access to the myTPI App, you will be given a clear mobility and exercise plan that may include:
- Mobility and control work
- Strength and stability training
- Power and speed progressions
- Golf-specific movement patterns
4) Progress
We track how you’re responding and adjust as needed.

about TPI
If you don’t assess, it’s just a guess.
The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is the world leader in golf performance training and research. The TPI assessment screen evaluates mobility, stability, strength, and movement quality to show how your body impacts your swing.
TPI’s philosophy is simple:
- There’s no one perfect swing.
- There’s one most efficient swing for your body.
By identifying your physical capabilities, we can create a personalized plan that reduces injury risk and improves consistency.
- What is a TPI Assessment?A Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) assessment is a full-body screen that identifies how your movement patterns may affect your swing. We use it to create a custom plan that addresses mobility, stability, strength, and power.
- Do I need to be fit to start? No. We meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re just starting to exercise or already in a routine, your program will be scaled to your ability and goals.
- How long before I notice results? Many golfers notice improvements in mobility, consistency, and energy within a few weeks. Gains in swing speed, distance, and strength typically build over 6–12 weeks.
- Can this improve my swing speed and distance?Yes. By training explosiveness, stability, and mobility, our programs often translate into higher swing speed, longer drives, and improved control.
- Will this interfere with my regular golf game? No. Our training is designed to complement your golf — not fatigue you before you play. We’ll adjust your program around your playing schedule and season.
- Can I do this in the off-season?Absolutely. The off-season is the best time to build strength, speed, and mobility so you can start the next season stronger and more resilient.
