clinical interests: chronic pain, pregnancy, stress management
caring, cheerful, detail oriented
Meet Karli Pezzano
Karli is thrilled to be part of the team and bring her passion for health and wellness to her practice. Her journey into massage therapy began with a desire to support others through hands-on care after seeing the impact it had within healthcare settings. She completed her education at Conestoga College and is excited to continue learning and growing in the field.
Motivated, detail-oriented, and always wearing a smile, Karli is known for her warm, caring presence in the treatment room. She works with a wide range of clients and concerns, with clinical interests including chronic pain, pregnancy, posture-related tension, stress management, headaches, and general muscle imbalances. Her goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where clients feel supported, heard, and empowered in their wellness journey.
Karli blends techniques such as myofascial trigger point release, connective tissue therapy, Swedish massage, and therapeutic exercise to improve function, mobility, and daily comfort. She often provides education and self-care strategies so clients can continue making progress beyond the table.
Outside of the clinic, Karli enjoys painting, drawing, and being outdoors. You can often find her running through local trails, walking her miniature dachshund Hazel, or playing pickleball, biking, and golfing. She’s currently expanding her skill set with further training in advanced joint mobilizations, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and pelvic health.
Goal in progress: Run a half marathon by 2026
